Visited this Tua Pek Gong temple (Hock Teck See Temple) today & saw this lucky number !

This very old Hakka temple was founded in 1819 (same as Stamford Raffles founded Singapore!). Address: 50H Palmer Road, off Shenton Way Singapore 079426 Tel: 62219787

Btw the temple will be organizing a "Thanksgiving to the Gods" at 9 am Sunday 04 Dec 2011. Interested to participate pls register by 3 Dec registration fee is $38.1 set of 2012 calendar will be given. Support will be very much appreciated & pls liaise with temple directly.

厦门街仙祖宫　百年古庙频送真字

香炉上的真字“0600”、“9175”和“5445”都正字开出。


厦门街百年古庙屡开真字，今年已正字开出第3对，让不少香客大发横财。
一名香客拨电透露，厦门街的百年古庙“仙祖宫”，香炉上贴的真字“0600”前天正字开出入围奖。

香客表示，自己中了120元，另外七八名朋友也中奖了。
虽赢得的数目不大，但这名香客今年下注每逢初一开送出的真字，已经中了两三次马票。
记者昨午走访“仙祖宫”，负责人表示上星期三（17日）是初一，庙宇理事例常求了真字，然后将所求得的“0600”贴在香炉上，让香客都能看得到。
结果，这对字5天后真的开出，许多香客纷纷中奖，隔天都前来还神答谢。
负责人表示，从昨天早上到下午4时为止，已有超过50名中奖的香客前来还神。
香客主要是带了一些水果、糕点等作为供品，或买金银纸来烧，同时捐香油钱表达心意。
